Crusaders win National Beach Bowl

The Central Maryland Christian Crusaders again traveled to Panama City Beach Florida on November 18th 2015 to compete in the National Homeschool Football Tournament. On the first day of the tournament the Varsity team defeated the Christ Prep Patriots 28-0. On Day two The Crusaders had a fun day in Destin FL riding Go Karts, playing Mini Golf, and shopping. Finally on day three the Varsity team battled The North Georgia Falcons in one of the toughest games the Crusaders have had. The Crusaders won the game 20-14 to win the 2015 National Beach Bowl and their second National Bowl Game in two years! For some seniors this was their last high school game and everyone on the team would agree this was a memory that will last a lifetime! The Richmond Disciples won the National Championship and the MD Christian Saints won the Sun Bowl giving the 3 Mid Atlantic Conference Teams in attendance a MAC sweep winning 3 of the 4 bowl games.
